Sauteed Collard Greens

These are not your mama's collard greens which are usually cooked for a long time until they're soft and olive green. Collard greens are one of the healthiest green vegetables you can eat. And one of the easiest to cook deliciously. We paired this with ribeye steak, sauteed onions, and of courtesy of Brooklyn Brew Shop.   Collard greens 12 Ounce
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 6 , slice
  Red pepper flakes 1 Dash
  Regular salt 1 Dash

1.Roll the collard greens and chop.
2. In a pan, heat olive oil.
3. Add the garlic and collard greens.
4. Add crushed red pepper and cook for 6 minutes on low heat.
5. Add salt and stir.

6. Serve as a side dish along with your main course.

Add the salt in the end because the greens will wilt more water otherwise.
