Red pepper flakes
1.Roll the collard greens and chop.
2. In a pan, heat olive oil.
3. Add the garlic and collard greens.
4. Add crushed red pepper and cook for 6 minutes on low heat.
5. Add salt and stir.
6. Serve as a side dish along with your main course.
Add the salt in the end because the greens will wilt more water otherwise.
