Sauteed Collard Greens

Jyl.Ferris's picture
These are not your mama's collard greens which are usually cooked for a long time until they're soft and olive green. Collard greens are one of the healthiest green vegetables you can eat. And one of the easiest to cook deliciously. We paired this with ribeye steak, sauteed onions, and of course...beer courtesy of Brooklyn Brew Shop.
