Celery Parmesan Toss

Ingredients
  Diagonally sliced celery 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Reduced calorie margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh parsley 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped pimiento 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan cook celery for 8 minutes till they turn crisp and tender.
2. Drain the excess water.
3. In the pan add margarine and stir. Cover the saucepan and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Remove the pan from the heat. Toss cheese and parsley.

FINALIZING
5. Sprinkle chopped pimiento on the mixture.

SERVING
6. Serve celery parmesan toss immediately.
