Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 2 Ounce
  Celery ribs 2
  Lettuce leaves 3
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Wash celery with water and lengthwise cut into 1 inch pieces.

MAKING
2. Stuff each celery piece with cottage cheese and sprinkle paprika over the top.

FINALISING
3. Keep them in the refrigerator until chill.

SERVING
4. Line a serving plate with lettuce leaf and place Celery Cheese Bites at the centre.
