Red Coleslaw With Celery
|Red cabbage head||1 Small|
|Walnut halves||2 Ounce (50 Gram)|
|Lemon juice/Orange juice||1 Tablespoon|
1. Wash and trim the cabbage; shred finely.
2. Using a sharp knife, cut off rind and pith from the oranges; cut in between the membrane to remove the segments.
3. Chop the celery into 2.5-cm/1-inch pieces and mix with the oranges, cabbage and walnuts. Toss in the lemon or orange juice and season to taste.
