Bresaola Arugula

Ingredients
  Bresaola slices 2
  Arugula leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon, scraped
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon 1⁄3 , juice extracted
For garnishing
  Lemon wedge 1
Directions

MAKING
1. In a plate, place the Bresaola slices, top with arugula, scape the parmesan cheese over and drizzle with some olive oil. Squeeze lemon juice.

SERVING
2. Garnish with lemon wedge and serve.
