Avery Island Celery

Ingredients
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium
  Canned tomatoes 3 Ounce
  Hot sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Thyme leaf 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Celery 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a large skillet and melt butter in it.
2) Add onion and sauté lightly.
3) Add tomato liquid, salt, sugar, thyme and hot sauce. Bring the mixture to a boil.
4) Stir in peas and celery.
5) Cover and cook for about 5 minutes until barely tender.
6) Add tomatoes to the mixture and heat through.

SERVING
7) Transfer to a serving dish. Serve hot.
