Boiled Celery Root

Ingredients
  Celery root 1 , peeled and cut into large pieces
  Yukon gold potatoes 4 Small, peeled, cut in half
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Butter 1 Tablespoon (Or As Needed)
Directions

Put celery root and potatoes in pot of water, and heat to boil, continue boiling until vegetables are fork tender, where veggies will slide off the fork. Strain with a colander or using the lid method, drain all water. Let celery root and potatoes dry a bit, then add butter, salt and pepper to taste. Mash until desired texture. Enjoy!
