1) In every slice of ham, wrap each piece of celery.
2) Lay the prepared pieces in an ovenproof dish and pour the cheese sauce all over.
3) Allow to cool.
4) To freeze the preparation, cover it with a piece of foil, seal, label and place in the freezer.
5) About 5 to 6 hours before serving, thaw at room temperature and then sprinkle 2 ounces of grated Cheddar cheese all over.
6) Cook for about 30 minutes, or till the cheese is golden brown, in hot oven at 400 degrees.
