|Celery||2 Cup (32 tbs), thinly sliced|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Skim milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pepper white||1 Dash|
1. In a bowl, combine flour, paprika, milk, salt and pepper and mix well.
2. In a pot, boil celery until it is tender-crisp.
3. Strain the celery to drain out water.
4. Add flour mixture to the celery and mix.
5. Cook until the mixture turns creamy.
6. Serve hot.
