Ingredients
  Cooked soybean pulp 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pimento 1
  Ground peanuts 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
Directions

soy mayonnaise, enough to hold mixture together.
Stuff: Celery sticks with this mixture.
Serve with watercress or lettuce leaves.
Garnish with paprika.
This salad served with soup makes a balanced meal.
