Gourmet Green Vegetables

Ingredients
  Bell pepper 1 Medium
  Frozen baby lima beans 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  French style green beans 1 Can (10 oz)
  English peas 1 Can (10 oz) (Petit Pois)
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Pint
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 3 Ounce (1 Can)
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Slice bell pepper into thin strips and cook with lima beans.
Drain.
Drain liquid from canned beans and peas.
Toss with salt and pepper to taste.
Place in 7x10-inch casserole.
Whip cream and fold in mayonnaise and cheese.
Spread over top of vegetables and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serves 6.
