Sweet and Sour Celery
|Celery||2 Cup (32 tbs), thinly sliced|
1. Place celery in saucepan with salt, bay leaf, cloves and 3 ounces water.
3. When celery is tender remove bay leaf and whole cloves.
4. Add remaining ingredients and heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until butter is melted and celery is piping hot.
