Consomme with Celery Leaves

|Unsalted defatted beef broth||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Celery seeds||1 Pinch|
|White pepper||1 Dash|
Add the celery seeds and pepper to the broth and heat.
Just before serving, add the chopped celery leaves.
Serve very hot in bouillon cups.
