|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Rice wine vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Arugula||2 Bunch (200 gm)|
|Mixed baby greens||1⁄2 Pound|
|Chopped chives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste (Or Cracked)|
Whisk together the lemon juice, oil, rice wine vinegar, and salt.
