Ingredients
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon (Juice Of 1 Lemon)
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Rice wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Arugula 2 Bunch (200 gm)
  Mixed baby greens 1⁄2 Pound
  Chopped chives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste (Or Cracked)
Directions

Whisk together the lemon juice, oil, rice wine vinegar, and salt.
Place the remaining ingredients in a salad bowl and toss with dressing.
Top with freshly ground or cracked pepper.
