Cheese Stuffed Celery
|Neufchatel cheese||4 Ounce, softened (1/2 Of A 8 Ounce Package)|
|Shredded 40% less fat cheddar cheese||2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)|
|Plain non fat yogurt||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans||2 Tablespoon|
|Diced pimiento||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Hot sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Celery sticks||30 (3 Inch)|
|Minced fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon|
Combine Neufchatel cheese, Cheddar cheese, and yogurt in a small bowl; stir well Add chopped pecans, diced pimiento, mustard, hot sauce, and pepper; stir gently to combine.
Spoon cheese mixture evenly into celery sticks, and sprinkle evenly with chopped parsley.
Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
