  Celery 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Fresh mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound
  Sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Oil/Lard 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon

1. Trim off leaves and tough ends of celery. Cut stalks diagonally in 1 1/2 inch sections. Slice fresh mushrooms.
2. Heat oil. Add celery and stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Add mushrooms; stir-fry until they soften (about 2 minutes more).
4. Sprinkle with salt and sherry and stir in quickly.
