Crispy Hot Celery
|Consomme||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup, Of Your Choice)|
|Vegetable oil||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Capers||1 Teaspoon, well drained (5 Milliliter)|
|Tarragon||1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)|
|Wine vinegar/Malt vinegar||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
€¢ Cut the celery diagonally, in small slices.
€¢ Place in a microwave-safe dish. Add the consomme, stir well.
€¢ Cover and microwave at HIGH 3 minutes. The celery must remain crunchy. Drain.
€¢ Put celery back into the dish and add the oil, capers and tarragon. Salt and pepper to taste.
€¢ Cover. Microwave 1 minute at HIGH. Pour into a serving dish, add the wine or malt vinegar. Toss.
