€¢ Peel the celery root. Cream the butter with the remaining ingredients. Spread the herb butter all over the celery root.
€¢ Wrap it in plastic wrap. Place on a microwave-safe rack. Set it on the oven turntable, if there is one. If not, place the rack in a microwave-safe pie plate or dish and turn the pie plate or dish 3 times during the cooking period.
€¢ Microwave at HIGH 15 to 20 minutes. Check doneness with the point of a knife after 15 minutes of cooking. Time can vary by a few minutes, depending on the size of the celery root.
