Fresh Ham With Celery Avgolemono
|Celery||16 Ounce (2 Bunches)|
|Onions||3 , chopped|
|Avgolemono sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cut ham in 2 or 3 inch cubes.
Brown in butter with onions.
Add water to cover and salt and pepper.
Bring mixture to a boil, cover, and simmer until meat is almost done.
Scrub and scrape celery and cut in 2 inch pieces.
Add to meat and continue to simmer until meat and vegetable are done.
Add avgolemono sauce according to directions.
