Eggs In Celery Nests

Ingredients
  Finely chopped celery/2 cups drained bean sprouts 4 Cup (64 tbs), drained
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dehydrated onion flakes 1 Teaspoon, soaked in 2 tablespoons water
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 4
Directions

Cover celery with water, bring to boil and simmer 5 minutes.
Drain and cool. (If using canned bean sprouts, rinse and drain.) Combine celery, parsley, onion flakes and water in which it soaked, and salt; mix well.
Shape into four even nests on a non-stick baking sheet (or use custard cups).
Break one egg into each nest.
Bake at 350° F. (moderate oven) for 20 minutes or to taste.
