Sweet Lime Frappe
This mango frappe is an ultimate summer favorite at my place. Made with fresh summer mangoes or bananas in any other season the mango frappe is flavored with lime juice and vanilla. Thick and creamy the mango frappe is a joy to serve and sip on. Freeze chopped
Combine first 7 ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Serve very cold in chilled glasses over ice cubes. Garnish with lemon or lime wedges.
Combine mint pineapple juice and sugar in saucepan cover and bring to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer 3 minutes. Add raspberries and simmer 1 minute more. Strain pressing berries through the sieve and discarding the seeds. Add apricot nectar and lime juice.
