Greek Rice

Greek rice is a classic Mediterranean dish that can be prepared as a salad, with minced meat and as noodles. Often prepared with grape leaves draped around a rice ball, it is served as an exotic specialty as the main course in a meal. Low in fat and cholesterol, Greek rice has high carbohydrate content, along with a lot of vitamins and folic acid. Greek rice can also be made into both veg and non-veg casseroles.
