Greek Omelette

Greek omelette refers particularly to the omelette prepared in Greek cuisine using typical Greek ingredients like kalamata olives, bell peppers, red onions, tomatoes and Feta cheese. The top side of the omelette is also browned by flipping the omelette within the pan. Pita bread or any other Greek bread is served as the accompaniment to Greek omelette. Omelette can either be served whole or it can be cut into slices before serving.
