Raspberry Yogurt Ambrosia

Ingredients
  Fresh raspberries 1 Pint
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Curacao liquor 3 Tablespoon
  Egg yolks 6
  Confectioner's sugar 3 Tablespoon
  White wine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Raspberry liquor/Rum 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Wash and drain berries.
Sprinkle with sugar; jer stand 30 minutes.
Divide among 4 glass sherbet or parfait dishes; sprinkle with curacao.
In top of double boiler combine yolks, sugar, wine, liquor, and lemon juice.
Stir over simmering water only until thickened; do not overheat.
Stir in yogurt; pour over berries.
