Strawberry Ambrosia

Ingredients
  Fresh strawberries 1 Quart
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Brandy 1 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 2 Cup (32 tbs), whipped
  Powdered sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Wash and hull berries, saving a few berries for garnishing.
Chop strawberries in a bowl and add sugar and lemon juice.
Puree strawberries in a blender and add brandy.
Fold in whipped cream sweetened with powdered sugar.
Pour into heart shaped molds.
Cover with buttered waxed paper and foil; freeze until firm.
Unmold and garnish with whole berries.
