The pineapple ambrosia is a pineapple and marshmallow dessert made with cream. Fruity and creamy, the pineapple ambrosia is flavored with a hint of lemon juice and best served chilled. I like to garnish the pineapple ambrosia with pineapple slices or a single fruit ring.
|Pineapple/1 can pineapple||1 , crushed (Fresh)|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
1.Start by shredding the pineapple with a fork.
2.Cut the marshmallows into small pieces, using a pair of scissors.
3.Mix the pineapple and marshmallows and let stand on ice until thoroughly chilled.
4.Serve with cream
