Snowball cookies by another name...
Ingredients
  Butter sticks 2
  White sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
  Sifted flour 2 Cup (32 tbs) (With 2 Tsp Salt)
  Chopped walnuts 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Powdered sugar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Beat the butter, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Make sure to scrape down the bowl half way through. Add the flour and mix until well incorporated (if using a mixer start slow). Add the walnuts and mix through. Roll into small quarter sized balls and put on a bake sheet. Bake in a 325 oven for about 20 min. Let cool for 5 min or so then coat with powdered sugar and enjoy...
