Greek Salad In Peppers

Ingredients
  Tomato 1 Large, chopped
  Green onion 1 , sliced
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Snipped basil/1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves 1 Teaspoon (Fresh Leaves)
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Green peppers 4 Small, cored
  Crumbled feta cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Anchovies 8 , drained and rinsed
  Lemon wedges 8
Directions

Mix tomato, onion, salt, basil, and lemon juice; refrigerate covered 1 hour.
Spoon half the tomato mixture into green peppers; layer cheese over tomatoes.
Spoon remaining tomato mixture over cheese.
Arrange 2 anchovies over top of each pepper.
Serve with lemon wedges.
