Red Pepper, Feta And Garlic Hummus
|Chickpeas||19 Ounce, drained, rinsed (540 Milliliter)|
|Sweet red peppers||2 , roasted , peeled, seeded and diced|
|Minced garlic/1 head roasted garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Feta cheese||2 Ounce, crumbled (60 Gram)|
|Hot pepper sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)|
|Pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)|
Place chickpeas in food processor and chop finely (until almost mashed).
Add red peppers and garlic.
Process on/off until combined but not completely pureed.
Add feta cheese, hot pepper sauce and pepper and process on/off until evenly distributed.
Taste and season with salt.
