This recipe seems to be a quick one. I was looking for quick pasta recipes. Can chicken be used in this recipe?

Pastitsio is my all time favorite baked pasta dish and it smells fantastic! I generally make Pastitsio using ground lamb instead of beef. And oh, this baked pasta dish is sure to feed a crowd!

Hey Chef! you know what is the most amazing part of your Pastitsio recipe? its the layering style of blending pasta and cheese with selected spices...and yeah the meat drowned in the bechamel sauce is note worthy :) i haven't tried any meat substitute yet, but pls suggest which one to go for....chicken, turkey or lamb???
