Marinated Greek Salad

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 3 , diced
  Cucumber 1 , peeled, seeded and diced
  Green pepper 1 , seeded and diced
  Onion 1 Small, peeled and cut into julienne strips
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1 Tablespoon
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper, and onion in a salad bowl.
Whisk lemon juice, vinegar, oregano, parsley, salt and pepper until salt is dissolved.
Whisk in oil, 1 tablespoon at a time.
Pour over vegetables; stir to coat.
Cover and chill several hours.
