Ingredients
  Ground turkey meat 1 Pound
  Egg whites 2
  Nonfat dry milk solids 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Shallots/Green onions 2 , chopped
  Finely chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter/Oil 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix together the ground meat, egg whites, milk solids, garlic, shallots, parsley, salt, pepper, and oregano.
Shape into oval patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
Brown in butter or in a nonstick pan, turning to brown both sides and cooking until no longer pink inside.
Pour in vinegar and cook down, scraping up drippings.
Contains 270 calories per serving.
