|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Shallots/Green onions||2 , chopped|
|Finely chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Butter/Oil||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Red wine vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
Mix together the ground meat, egg whites, milk solids, garlic, shallots, parsley, salt, pepper, and oregano.
Shape into oval patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
Brown in butter or in a nonstick pan, turning to brown both sides and cooking until no longer pink inside.
Pour in vinegar and cook down, scraping up drippings.
