Feta Cheese Burgers

Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 1⁄2 Pound (750 G)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 milliliter)
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 milliliter)
  Cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 milliliter)
  Feta cheese 2 Ounce (50 G)
  Chopped mint 2 Tablespoon, dried (25 milliliter)
Directions

In bowl, combine beef, salt, pepper and cumin; divide into 4 portions.
Cut cheese into 4 cubes; flatten cubes and sprinkle with mint.
Form 4 meat patties with cheese and mint buried in centre of each patty.
On greased grill or in skillet, cook patties over hot coals or at medium-high setting for 12 to 14 minutes, turning once, or until no longer pink inside.
