Feta Cheese Burgers
|Lean ground beef||1⁄2 Pound (750 G)|
|Salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 milliliter)|
|Pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 milliliter)|
|Cumin||1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 milliliter)|
|Feta cheese||2 Ounce (50 G)|
|Chopped mint||2 Tablespoon, dried (25 milliliter)|
In bowl, combine beef, salt, pepper and cumin; divide into 4 portions.
Cut cheese into 4 cubes; flatten cubes and sprinkle with mint.
Form 4 meat patties with cheese and mint buried in centre of each patty.
On greased grill or in skillet, cook patties over hot coals or at medium-high setting for 12 to 14 minutes, turning once, or until no longer pink inside.
