Hot Ambrosia Compote

Ingredients
  Flaked coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Plain Or Toasted)
  Graham cracker crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pineapple chunks 13 Ounce, drained
  Sliced peaches 16 Ounce, drained
  Mandarin oranges 1 Ounce, drained
  Sliced fresh green grapes/8 ounces canned green grapes, drained 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained
  Maraschino cherries 10 , halved
  Apricots 13 Ounce, drained
Directions

Combine all ingredients in 2-quart casserole.
Microwave 5 to 6 minutes on HIGH, or until bubbly.
Spoon into serving dishes.
Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
