|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), warm|
|Lemon||1 , rind grated|
|Flour||4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
Beat butter and eggs, add sugar, milk and lemon rind, beat to mix well.
Then add flour with a pinch of salt and baking powder, knead to make a smooth dough.
Roll the dough with a rolling pin, shape with biscuit cutter, arrange them in a lightly greased baking pan, brush with beaten egg yolk.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until golden brown.
