Easy Gourmet Burger - Greek
|Ground pork||1 Pound|
|Feta||200 Gram, crumbled|
|Black olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced|
|Fresh parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|White wine||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground coriander||1 Teaspoon|
|Anise seed||1 Teaspoon, ground|
|Dried oregano||2 Teaspoon|
|Kosher salt||2 Teaspoon|
|Ground black pepper||1 Teaspoon|
|Olive oil||1 Teaspoon|
1.In a bowl, add pork, parsley ,chopped olives and crumbled feta cheese to it.
2.Pour a little of the preferred wine in the same bowl and season it with salt, pepper, anise, coriander and dried oregano.
3.Mix all the contents using your hands.
4.Use the mixture to make 4 big patty for the burgers.
5.Turn your pan on medium high heat, drizzle a bit of olive oil and let the patty cook for 5 minutes on each side.
6.Once cooked, place them on soft buns.
7.You can serve them by adding tomatoes and lemon to the burger along with a salad side and your favorite dip.
