Greek Style Yogurt Cereal

A healthy breakfast/snack recipe can be whipped up with this Greek yogurt and cereal recipe in no time. If you are on a no fat or low fat diet, then this is going to be your healthy breakfast of choice. Pick up this bowl of crunchy cereal and yogurt with berries to keep you filled and unenergetic till noon!
Ingredients
  Nonfat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Blueberries 2 Tablespoon
  Raw sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Almonds 1 Teaspoon
  Cereal 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Kashi Good Friends Breakfast Cereal)
Directions

1) In a bowl add the yogurt, blueberries, raw sugar and almonds.
2) Add you favorite cereal to make it crunchy.
3) Try and choose a sugar free or a low sugar breakfast cereal.
4) Enjoy it as breakfast or as a snack!
