|Unsweetened orange juice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Dry sherry||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Flaked coconut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cut oranges in half crosswise.
Carefully remove sections (do not puncture bottom); remove seeds, and set aside.
Carefully remove membranes inside orange shells; set shells aside.
Combine orange sections and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine orange juice, sherry, and lemon juice; pour over fruit, and toss.
Spoon fruit into reserved orange shells using a slotted spoon; sprinkle each with 1 tea spoon coconut.
