Ingredients
  Oranges 12 Medium
  Grapefruit 2 Medium, peeled, sectioned, and seeded
  Pears 2 , unpeeled and cubed
  Red apple 2 , unpeeled and cubed (Delicious)
  Seedless grapes 2 Cup (32 tbs), halved (Red Colored)
  Unsweetened orange juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Dry sherry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Flaked coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Cut oranges in half crosswise.
Carefully remove sections (do not puncture bottom); remove seeds, and set aside.
Carefully remove membranes inside orange shells; set shells aside.
Combine orange sections and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine orange juice, sherry, and lemon juice; pour over fruit, and toss.
Chill.
Spoon fruit into reserved orange shells using a slotted spoon; sprinkle each with 1 tea spoon coconut.
