This Grandmom's Greek Salad recipe can be quick and easy to serve. This goes perfect for the pita sandwiches.
Ingredients
  Cherry tomatoes 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) (Red Whole)
  Cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Extra virgin olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Red onion 1
  Feta cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

- Cut the tomatoes into halves.

- Take a large salad bowl, to mix all the ingredients.

- Garnish with freshly ground pepper.
