Greek Salad

Ingredients
  Romain lettuce 500 Gram, diced
  Feta cheese 8 Ounce
  Fresh mint 5 , chopped
  Red bell pepper 1⁄4 , diced
  Green bell pepper 1⁄4 , diced
  Spring onions 2 , chopped
  Kalamata olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tomatoes 2 , diced
  Anchovies 2 Tablespoon (Optional)
  Serrano pepper 1 , chopped
For dressing
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon zest 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Dry oregano 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Place all the vegetables in a large bowl.
2. For making Dressing – in a jar take all the ingredients, close the jar and shake well.
3. Pour the dressing on the salad ingredients and mix.

FINALIZING
4. Arrange the salad in a serving dish.
5. Top with the cubed feta cheese; sprinkle oregano on top. Place the anchovies on top.

SERVING
6. Serve Greek Salad with warm bread.
