1) Cut the boiled eggs in half.
2) Remove the yolks and put them in a plate. Mash well.
3) Add the mayonnaise and mustard to the mashed yolks and mix well.
4) Add the salt and pepper, mix well and stuff the yolks back into the halved whites (about 1 teaspoon for each white half).
5) Top each half with a dash of tabasco.
