Island Pork Ambrosia

Ingredients
  Honey 5 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), minced
  Onion 1⁄2 Small, minced
  Ginger ale 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pork loin roast 5 Pound
Directions

Combine first 9 ingredients; pour over roast.
Mari- nate in refrigerator overnight, turning roast fre- quently.
Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours and 30 minutes, basting frequently.
Make gravy with re- maining liquids, if desired.
