Greek Cucumber Sauce

Ingredients
  Cucumber 1 Large, peeled, deseeded and grated coarsely
  Natural yogurt 8 Fluid Ounce (240 Milliliter)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Chopped oregano/1 teaspoon dried oregano 2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Salt To Taste
  White pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a muslin cloth, wrap the cucumber and take out all the moisture
2) In a bowl, add the cucumber, yogurt, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper
3) Check for the seasoning
4) Store the sauce in airtight jars in the refrigerator for up to 3 days

SERVING
5) Serve the sauce as a dressing over assorted greens or as a dip for lamb kebabs.
