Tropical Ambrosia

Ingredients
  Mangoes 3 Large, peeled, cored and cubed
  Papayas 3 Large, peeled, seeded and cubed
  Honeydew balls 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Watermelon balls 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Pineapple 1 , peeled, cored and cubed
  Bananas 6 , sliced
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Kirsch/Cherry flavored brandy 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, add fruit and honey and gently toss.
2) Refrigerate, covered, for at least 2 hours.
3) Stir in the kirsch before serving.

SERVING
4) Top with a sprig of fresh mint.
