Exotic Fruit Ambrosia
|Mango||1 , peeled and chopped|
|Dates||8 , stoned and chopped|
|Pineapple||1 Small, diced|
|Lemon juice/Lime juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Orange||1 , juiced, rind|
|Desiccated coconut||2 Teaspoon|
1. In a bowl, add all fruits and combine them together by stirring. Spoon fruits into a serving dish.
2. In another bowl, combine honey with fruit juice (warm the honey for better assimilation), and spoon over the fruit salad.
3. Combine well by stirring.
4. Serve the fruit ambrosia as a lunchtime dessert after garnishing with desiccated coconut.
