Exotic Fruit Ambrosia

Ingredients
  Mango 1 , peeled and chopped
  Dates 8 , stoned and chopped
  Pineapple 1 Small, diced
  Lemon juice/Lime juice 2 Teaspoon
  Orange 1 , juiced, rind
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Desiccated coconut 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, add all fruits and combine them together by stirring. Spoon fruits into a serving dish.
2. In another bowl, combine honey with fruit juice (warm the honey for better assimilation), and spoon over the fruit salad.
3. Combine well by stirring.

SERVING
4. Serve the fruit ambrosia as a lunchtime dessert after garnishing with desiccated coconut.
