Greek Salad with Kalamata Olives

Ingredients
  Greens 1⁄2 Pound (Red Leaf Lettuce, Romaine)
  Scallions 2
  Cucumber 1 Medium
  Feta cheese 3 Ounce
  Kalamata olives 9
  Olive oil 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 4 Dash
  Dry mustard 4 Dash
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1)Tear greens into bite-sized pieces.
2)Further chop scallions and peel cucumber, if waxed.
3)Cut cucumber in quarters lengthwise, then into slices.
4)Crumble cheese and
mix it in salad bowl with olives.
5)Mix oil with vinegar in a small bowl.
6)Add cinnamon, mustard, and pepper, pour over salad, and toss.

SERVING
7)Serve the salad chilled.
