|Iceberg lettuce||60 Gram|
|Blue cheese||100 Gram|
|Olive oil||20 Milliliter|
|Pepper powder||To Taste|
|Basil oil||10 Milliliter|
Clean lettuce and chill.
Slice pears thinly and roast in the oven till lightly colored.
Clean walnuts and roast in oven.
Wash and pick the herbs.
Slice garlic thinly and roast in the oven with salt and olive oil to make garlic chips.
