What can be more healthy and satisfying than this Ambrosia Salad! Try out this easily made recipe for your own homemade Ambrosia Salad and continue being healthy!
Ingredients
  Bananas 2 , sliced
  Orange 1 , sectioned
  Grapes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grapes
  Dates 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Coconut 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), grated
Directions

Combine fruits and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Chill well Toss lightly with Whipped Cream Mayonnaise.
Serve on crisp lettuce cups and sprinkle with coconut.
