Greek Salad

Ingredients
  Feta cheese 6 Ounce, chopped
  Ripe tomatoes 6 , quartered and then cut into eighths
  Cucumber 1⁄8 (Use 1/2 A Ridge)
  Onion 1 Medium, cut into rings
  Black olives 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1 Small, cut into quarters
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a large salad bowl, combine the cheese cucumber, onion and olives
2) Add the salt and pepper to taste

SERVING
3) Drizzle in the oil just before serving
4) Garnish with lemon quarters and serve
