Tzatziki Soup

Ingredients
  Sweet onion 1 Medium (Walla Walla Or Vidalia)
  Ripe tomatoes 2 , peeled and halved
  Cucumber 1 , peeled and halved
  Yogurt 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Chopped fresh oregano/Dried oregano - 1/2 teaspoon 1 Teaspoon (3 Sprigs)
  Crumbled feta cheese 1 Ounce
  Greek olives 4 , pitted and chopped
Directions

MAKING
1. Coarsely chop 1/2 onion, 1 tomato, and 1/2 cucumber and cut into dice the remaining onion, tomato, and cucumber.
2. In a blender container, combine together the coarsely chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, yogurt, garlic, and oregano; blend to make a smooth mixture.
3. Add the diced onion, tomato and cucumber to the blender mixture; stir to mix well.
4. Add feta and olives.

SERVING
5. Serve hot or cold in individual serving bowls and garnish with oregano.
